This year our collective will be hosting a week-long intensive spring camp designed to help individual students to master basic academic concepts which will enable them to be more successful in school. Students will focus on reading comprehension, english language arts, and math for 2-3 hours each day.
A light breakfast, a hearty lunch, and snack will be provided each day. Students should, however, be fed before being dropped off to program. Please DO NOT pack any junk foods, as a healthy diet correlates to a healthy mind, which will be needed throughout the course of our daily program.
Daily Field Trips
With our boots laced tightly, participants will enjoy multiple trips to local regional parks and other natural areas. This is a critical component to our program offering, as outdoor experiences help children to gain self-confidence, self-control, self-reliance, and increase overall social skills. We fully believe that all of humanity should seek a relationship with nature and will facilitate many activities stemming from this fundamental idea.
Program Time: 9:00am to 6:00pm
